Click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the MyGolf login screen and follow the instructions.

I have lost my username?

Click on the ‘Forgotten Username’ link on the myGolf login screen and follow the instructions.

Some of the videos won’t load?

Refresh the web page and try again.

I can’t upload a video / videos

Check the format of the video you are uploading. The site only accepts mov, mpg, avi, flv, f4v, mp4, m4v, asf, wmv, vob, mod, 3gp, mkv, divx, xvid formats. The individual video file limit size is 50MB. Format needs to be 720p minimum. Refresh the page if the screen freezes.

The upload video page keeps crashing?

Refresh the web page if this happens. Upload speeds depend on internet connection and video size. Please see above.

What are the protocols regarding copyright infringement?

Click On Golf will remove, when notified any content that is deemed to be infringing copyright. The protocol for dealing with copyright infringement can be found on the ‘Take Down Notice’ page. On notification Click On Golf will remove infringing videos, notifying the user/uploader of the removal and where appropriate advise third parties of the infringing users details. Should a third party with to retract a Take Down Notice of a copyright infringement claim then this can be actioned under the ‘Retractions Section’ on the Take Down Notice page.
